Thank you to everyone who shared their recipes and social media pages for The Bioglan SuperFoods Project, the response has been overwhelming and incredibly exciting! The judges had an enormous task testing and tasting the recipes, and after much deliberation have chosen the winners. Read on for more details.

Judging Entries

The Bioglan Superfoods Project

We received over 200 Superfoods recipes and we were very please (actually, ecstatic) at the quality of entries. The recipes went through multiple rounds of judging, and the top recipes were put to the test in the Bioglan Superfoods Kitchen by our panel of esteemed judges.

We have learned a thing or two about cooking with Superfoods as a result of the competition, and will be sharing the recipes and Superfoods tips in the cookbook when it launches.

We can't share the winning recipes with you just yet, but we will be posting a small handful of the recipes online via the Bioglan Instagram and Facebook accounts in the elad up to the launch of the book. Once the cookbook launches, we will be sharing the winning recipes, plus some of those great entries who just missed the final cut. The Judges

Jody Vassallo is a trained Home Economist and has been working as a recipe writer and food stylist for the past 20 years. Jody has collaborated with many leaders in the Australian food industry and her work has been published in The New York Times, Vogue Entertaining, Good Living, Gourmet Traveller, Feast, Mind Food and donna hay magazine. We are thrilled to have Jody join the Bioglan SuperFoods team as Editor of this cookbook & guide as well as being the judge in charge of testing all the recipes in the kitchen!

Jacqueline is a qualified nutritionist, personal trainer, mother and utterly passionate about everything health, food and life. Jacqueline believes that living optimally is about finding the balance on a physical, emotional, mental and spiritual level, loving your body and feeling well nourished. It’s about understanding and eating fresh delicious whole foods and using your food as your medicine. We are delighted to have Jacqueline on the judging panel as she brings a wealth of nutritional knowledge and enthusiasm for healthy living.


With a passion for all things health, Daniela, with the backing of her Bachelor Health Science Naturopathy degree has been formulating, marketing and training on health supplements for 10 years. Daniela joined the Bioglan team in 2011 and has researched and sourced the best SuperFood products from across the globe to create the Bioglan SuperFoods range. Launched in October 2012, the Bioglan SuperFoods range now offers over 20 products, and this is only beginning.

The Bioglan Superfoods Project - Summary

The below is a summary of the conditions of entry for the Bioglan Superfoods Project – entrants must review the full Terms and Conditions of Entry. Open to Australian residents. Under 18yrs must have parent/guardian permission.
Judging - 12 noon AEST 19/9/14 at PharmaCare Laboratories Pty Ltd, 18 Jubilee Ave, Warriewood, NSW 2102.
Limit 1 entry per original recipe or social media page.

Entries judged on originality, creative merit, taste & overall health benefits.
