Ingredients

– 1 cup of macadamias

– 1 cup pecans

– ½ cup almonds

– ½ cup sunflower seeds

– ½ cup pumpkin seeds

– 1 Tbsp Bioglan Spirulina powder

– 1 Tbsp protein powder

– 1 teaspoon cinnamon

– ½ teaspoon sea salt

– 10 dates, pitted

– 10 dried apricots

– ½ – 1 orange or apple juiced

– Shredded coconut to coat

Method

1. Mix nuts, seeds, powders, salt and cinnamon in a blender.

2. Add dates and apricots into the mixture and whizz again.

3. Then add the juice to determine if they can be squeezed into a ball and maintain their shape.

4. Take a tablespoon of the mixture and roll into a ball, then roll in coconut.

5. Store in the fridge
