Healthy Protein Pancakes
INGREDIENTS:
· 4 scoops of Bioglan Probiotic Breakfast Smoothie (4x flavours: Chocolate, Vanilla, Blueberry Muffin or Apple & Cinnamon)
· 100ml milk
· 50ml water
· 1 egg
DIRECTIONS
Step 1: Pre-heat a large non-stick frypan.
Step 2: Place all ingredients into a bowl and mix until just combined.
Step 3: Lightly grease the pan with butter or cooking spray.
Step 4: Cook large spoonfuls of batter until bubbles burst on the surface and the edges start to go dry.
Step 5: Turn and cook other side until golden brown

Inner Glow Probiotic Smoothie
INGREDIENTS:
· 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
· 2 scoops of Vanilla Bioglan Probiotic Breakfast Smoothie
· 2 tsp Bioglan Inner Glow
· 250ml nut milk
· 1 tsp Bioglan Coconut Oil
· 1 tsp Bioglan Chia Seeds
· Ice
DIRECTIONS
Super simple—mix together in a blender and enjoy!
