Ingredients

– ½ cup Bioglan SuperFoods Chia Seeds
– 3 cups rolled grains (try Macro 5 grain porridge)
– 2 cups rolled quinoa
– 70g each dried blueberries, goji berries and apricots
– 1/4 cup(60ml) maple syrup
– 2 tablespoons sunflower oil

Method

1. Preheat oven to 180ºC. Combine all of the ingredients and mix well in a bowl.

2. Spread ingredients onto a baking tray lined with baking paper. Bake in oven for 30 minutes or until crisp and golden. Store in an air-tight container.
