Pineapple + Coconut Water Icy Poles Recipe

Ingredients

1 cup chopped sweet pineapple
1 cup coconut water
2 tablespoons honey
 cup water
½ cup mango pieces
2 tsp Bioglan Marine Collagen
8 mint leaves, optional

 

Directions

1. Blitz all ingredients except mint leaves in a blender until smooth.

2. Pour into icy pole molds and slide a mint leaf down the side of each mold.

3. Place sticks into molds and pop in freezer to set overnight.
