Overnight Protein Porridge
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1 tsp Bioglan Organic Chia seeds
- 1 Serve Bioglan Wholefood Smothie
- 1 tsp natural maple syrup
- 1 cup soy milk
- Almonds, pecans or walnuts to top with
Directions
- Add the first five ingredients to bowl or jar and stir until thoroughly mixed.
- Cover & leave it in the fridge overnight.
- In the morning, sprinkle on the chopped nuts and desired toppings like cinnamon or berries and enjoy
