Macaroon Easter eggs - Bioglan Macaroon Easter eggs - Bioglan


1 1/2 cups shredded coconut

1 tablespoon Bioglan SuperFoods Cacao powder

1/4 cup Bioglan SuperFoods Coconut sugar

2 egg whites

100g dark chocolate, melted


1. Preheat oven to 180°C. Line a baking tray with baking paper.

2. Combine the shredded coconut, Cacao powder and Coconut sugar into a bowl and mix to combine.

3. Whisk the egg whites until foamy. Add to the coconut mixture and mix well.

4. Shape tablespoons of the mixture into egg shapes and place onto the prepared tray.

5. Bake for 15 minutes or until firm. Allow to cool on the tray.

6. Drizzle the melted chocolate over the macaroon eggs and set aside until the chocolate sets.
