Kale & Walnut Pesto Sauce
1 cup walnuts
1 cup parmesan
2 cloves garlic, minced
½ teaspoon sea salt (optional)
┬¥ cup extra virgin olive oil
4 teaspoons Bioglan SuperFoods Kale Powder
- Combine walnuts, parmesan, garlic and salt in a good processor.
- Keeping the food processing running, slowly add olive oil to the mixture. Once combined add the Bioglan Kale powder. Stop and scrape down both sizes a few times, then blend again until well mixed.
Serve on pasta, vegetable spaghetti, soups or as a tasty dip.
