Immune-Boosting Turmeric Latte
- 2 cups almond or coconut milk
- 1 teaspoon raw honey or maple syrup
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla bean extract
- 1 teaspoon Bioglan Hi-Zorb Turmeric Powder
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- In a pot, combine the milk, honey, vanilla, turmeric, ginger, cinnamon and ashwagandha in a pot.
- Over a low heat, whisk the mix until combined.
- Heat the milk and other ingredients until hot, then serve between 2 cups.
