Ingredients

– 2 cups oatmeal

– 1/2 cup sliced almonds

– 1/2 cup unsweetened coconut

– 1/2 cup seeds (I used Bioglan Chia Seeds, flax seed, pumpkin and sunflower)

– 1 tsp vanilla

– 3 tbsp honey

– 3 tbsp Bioglan Organic Coconut Oil

Method

1. Preheat oven to 150 deg C.

2. Heat honey until it’s thinned and melt coconut oil.

3. Add with vanilla into the dry ingredients and mix well. Spread onto well greased baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes. Stir again and bake for another 5 minutes until golden brown.

4. Once it has cooled, add in any dried fruit that you would like. E.g. cranberries, raisons, chopped apricots.

5. Serve by itself, with milk or topped with yoghurt & fresh fruit
