Healthy Chickpea & Turmeric Dip

Ingredients

  • 500 grams chickpeas
  • 1 teaspoon smoked Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon cumin seeds, toasted (blended into powder)
  • 2 teaspoons Bioglan Hi-Zorb Turmeric Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Lemon juice
  • Salt and Pepper to taste

Method

1. Place all ingredients into a blender & blend until smooth.

2. Add lemon, salt and pepper to taste, if needed.
