Healthy Chickpea & Turmeric Dip

- 500g chickpeas
- 1 tsp smoked Paprika p
- 1 teaspoon cumin seeds, toasted (blended into powder)
- 2 tsp Bioglan Hi-Zorb Turmeric Powder
- 1tsp Bioglan MCT Oil (optional)
- 1 Lemon juice
- Salt and Pepper to taste
Method
- Place all ingredients into a blender & blend until smooth
- Add lemon, salt and pepper to taste, if needed.
