– 6 fresh dates, pitted
– 1 banana
– 2 tablespoons organic drinking chocolate or cocoa
– 1 cup Bioglan Chia Seeds
– 2 teaspoons tahini
– 80g pistachios, chopped


1. Put dates, banana, drinking chocolate, chia seeds and tahini into a small food processor and blend until combined. Roll tablespoons of the mixture into small balls.

2. Coat the balls in the chopped pistachio nuts. Refrigerate before serving. Store in an airtight container in the fridge.
