Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Bioglan SuperFoods Cacao powder
- 1/4 cup rice malt syrup
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1/4 cup melted Bioglan SuperFoods Organic Coconut Oil
- 1/2 tsp of vanilla
- 2 cups shredded coconut
Directions
1. In a food processer blend the cacao powder, syrups, coconut oil and vanilla until combined and sauce like
2. In a bowl, add the coconut and pour over the chocolate mixture. Mix with your hands until all is well combined
3. On a non stick or lined tray add formed tablespoons and allow to set in the fridge for 30 minutes. Store in the fridge or freezer.
