- 1 large avocado, approx. 1 ½ cups flesh
- 2 tablespoons Bioglan SuperFoods Cacao powder
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 teaspoons Bioglan SuperFoods Breakfast Booster Cacao + Coconut
- ¼ cup organic greek yoghurt
- Raspberries or berries of choice for garnish
1. Place avocado, cacao powder, maple syrup and vanilla in a blender or food processor and blitz until smooth.
2. To serve place a spoonful of greek yoghurt in each glass or serving bowl, followed by some berries, the cacao mousse, another spoonful of yoghurt, berries and top with BioglanSuperFoods Breakfast Booster Cacao + Coconut.
This is lovely chilled and served as a dessert or snack.
