Bioglan Strawberry-Beet Chia Pudding




  1. Combine ingredients in a saucepan on medium heat & stir until the oats are cooked through, leave to simmer for 5-10 minutes for a creamier consistency.
  2. Stir in the strawberries, beetroot powder & chia seeds, and add water if needed.  Cover and cook until slightly thickened.
  3. Serve warm & garnish with desired toppings, or leave it to cool in the fridge and enjoy cold.
