Bioglan Strawberry-Beet Chia Pudding
- ¼ Cup Rolled Oats
- 1 Cup milk of preference
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup diced strawberries
- 2 tsp Bioglan Organic Beetroot powder
- 1 tbsp Bioglan Organic Chia seeds
- Drizzle of syrup (Maple, Agave, Brown Rice or Honey)
- Bioglan Coconut Chips
- Combine ingredients in a saucepan on medium heat & stir until the oats are cooked through, leave to simmer for 5-10 minutes for a creamier consistency.
- Stir in the strawberries, beetroot powder & chia seeds, and add water if needed. Cover and cook until slightly thickened.
- Serve warm & garnish with desired toppings, or leave it to cool in the fridge and enjoy cold.
