  1. Blend the frozen berries, yoghurt, acai + berry powder & beetroot powder all together, until well combined
  2. Spoon about 1 teaspoon of the extra vanilla yoghurt into the icy pole moulds
  3. Spoon the beetroot & berry yoghurt mixture over the top gently press and paddle pop stick into the centre. Freeze for 4 hours or until firm.
