• 2 eggs
  • 2 tablespoons Bioglan SuperFoods Brown Rice Protein
  • 2 tablespoon coconut flour
  • 1 ripe banana, mashed
  • 2 teaspoons Bioglan SuperFoods Coconut Oil
  • Berries, to serve
  • Maple syrup, to serve



  1. Place eggs, protein powder, coconut flour, banana and coconut milk into a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Heat the half the oil in a large non stick frying pan over a medium heat. Add tablespoons of the batter and cook until bubbles form and burst on the surface.
  3. Turn and cook the other side for 2 minutes or until golden. Repeat with the remaining oil and batter.

Makes 8 pancakes.
