DOSAGE
To be taken at the first sign of a cold or flu.

Adults:
Day Dosage: Take one Cold and Flu ‘Day’ capsule every three to four hours during the day for 6 days. Do not exceed 4 Day capsules per day.
Night Dosage: Take 1 – 2 ‘Night’ capsules at bedtime.

Children 6 – 12 years
Day Dosage: Take one Cold and Flu ‘Day’ capsule at the first sign of symptoms. Do not exceed more than one capsule per day.
Night Dosage: Take one ‘Night’ capsules at bedtime.

CAUTIONS
Do not exceed the recommended dosage, or as professionally prescribed.
Not to be used in children under 6 years without medical advice.
If you are prone to nausea, do not take a capsule on an empty stomach.
Do not drive or operate heavy machinery after taking a night capsule.
