DOSAGE
ADULTS ONLY - Take 1 tablet before breakfast and 1 tablet before either

CAUTIONS
WARNINGS: Use only as directed. Contains caffeine: 50mg per tablet. Ideally avoid taking tablets with products containing caffeine such as tea or coffee.
