Immune Boosting Turmeric Latte

Ingredients

  • 2 cups almond or coconut milk
  • 1 teaspoon raw honey or maple syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla bean extract
  • 1 teaspoon Bioglan Hi-Zorb Turmeric Powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Method

  1. In a pot, combine the milk, honey, vanilla, turmeric, ginger, cinnamon and ashwagandha in a pot.
  2. Over a low heat, whisk the mix until combined.
  3. Heat the milk and other ingredients until hot, then serve between 2 cups.
