Healthy Chickpea & Turmeric Dip
  • 500g chickpeas
  • 1 tsp smoked Paprika p
  • 1 teaspoon cumin seeds, toasted (blended into powder)
  • 2 tsp Bioglan Hi-Zorb Turmeric Powder
  • 1tsp Bioglan MCT Oil (optional)
  • 1 Lemon juice
  • Salt and Pepper to taste

Method

  • Place all ingredients into a blender & blend until smooth
  • Add lemon, salt and pepper to taste, if needed.
