These ingredients work synergistically to relieve and treat the below symptoms and triggers:
Abdominal pain/spasms, bloating and flatulence: The potent traditional antispasmotic herbs Chamomille, Lemon Balm and Peppermint are synergistically combined to help ease and relieve abdominal spasms and pain. They are traditionally valued for their carminative action, meaning that they soothe the digestive tract and minimise flatulence and bloating.
Diarrhoea or Constipation: Fibre especially soluble fibre, like the traditional herb Slippery Elm bark, has been shown to help relieve IBS symptoms of diarrhoea and constipation, as well as helping to normalise bowel function and nourish healthy intestinal flora.
Adults -
Take 1-2 capsules twice a day with water before or with meals.
