- Preheat oven to 180C (350F).
- Line a baking tray with baking paper.
- Put all ingredients except the chocolate into a food processor and process until combined and smooth.
- Add the chocolate and process to just break up.
- Spoon tablespoons of the mixture onto the prepared tray and bake for 10-15 minutes or until just firm. Allow to cool slightly before enjoying with a cup of herbal tea.
